I’m leading Product initiatives with expertise in analyzing product data, working with the Scrum team, Stakeholders and the Customers to define the product vision, specifications, build and ship new product features. I have hands-on experience in managing successful product innovation lifecycles end-to-end and building high-quality tech products.

Product Designer | IT Product Manager
As a Product Designer I lead user-centered design, ensuring every product decision was rooted in user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights. By fostering a deep understanding of user needs, I guide the creation of intuitive and impactful designs. I work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between design and implementation, ensuring seamless execution of design solutions. I foster a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and innovation within the design team.
As a Product Owner and Manager, I guide Product Vision and Strategy by defining and communicating the product vision, and ensuring vision alignment across the team and stakeholders. By prioritizing the product backlog, I ensure that the Scrum team focuses on delivering the highest-value features.
I facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to maintain team focus, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Here is a glimpse of some of the design thinking strategies I have used to solve problems and inform product vision, create effective and user-centred products and more.
To achieve the product vision, I find it meaningful to help synchronize design goals with business goals, need to ensure that my design decisions align with the overall objectives and strategies of the business.
I aim to have a clear understanding of the business objectives and strategies. which also means understanding the target audience, the competition, and the overall goals and objectives of the business.
I use research data analysis to identify the user needs by conducting extensive user research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience which inform my decisions so that the product meets the needs of the user while also aligning with the business goals.
I set SMART design goals that align with the business objectives. These goals are be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART), and they help me to ensure that the decisions I make are aligned with the business goals.
I collaborate with the product stakeholders. This collaboration involves standup meetings, communication, managing timelines, and ensuring that the design meets the needs of all stakeholders.
I measure the success of the incremental results done in achieving the product goals and I do this by tracking metrics of user engagement, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and stakeholder satisfaction. With retrospectives, I am able to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.
By aligning my decisions with the product vision, customer needs, stakeholder and business goals, I'm able to create effective and engaging products that meet the needs of the user while also driving business success.
